How to download:

PC Users:
Right-click and from the pop-up menu, choose to "Save Target As" or "Save Link As."

Mac Users:
Control-click and from the pop-up menu, choose to "Download Linked File." or "Save Link As."

How to put on your iPod:

  1. Download Teleseminar Audio using the "How to Download" instructions.
  2. Open the MP3 file on your computer. iTunes will launch and add the file to your iTunes library.
  3. Plug your iPod into your computer, using the included USB cable.
  4. If your iPod syncs with your computer, the 2009 Readiness Teleseminar will automatically be added to your iPod. That's all there is to it!
    (If you have chosen to manually add songs to your iPod, click and drag "Steve Yastrow's 2009 Readiness Teleseminar" from the iTunes library to your iPod icon on the left of the iTunes screen.)

How to burn to a CD:

  1. Download and install Apple's iTunes software (for PC or Mac).
  2. Download Teleseminar Audio using the "How to Download" instructions.
  3. Open the MP3 file on your computer. iTunes will launch and add the file to your iTunes library.
  4. Create a new playlist by clicking the + button on the bottom left of the iTunes screen. Name your playlist by typing into the highlighted box. Your playlist will appear on the left side of the iTunes Screen (Called the Source List).
  5. Click on "Music" in the Source List.
  6. From the list of songs, drag and drop "Steve Yastrow's 2009 Readiness Teleseminar" to your newly created playlist.
  7. Click on your playlist.
  8. On the bottom right of the iTunes screen, click "Burn Disc."
  9. Then, on the pop-up window, click "Burn."
  10. Insert a blank disc. (Either CD-R or CD-RW). iTunes will start burning the disc. It will eject the disc when it is burned.
