Yeah, this is a stupid one, alright. You really gotta wonder what people watched this thing and said, "That's a WINNER. Why, this ad will get droves of people to sign up for this service!"

I don't know what Kook-Aid they're drinking, but I hope it never touches my lips.

Not to mention how easy it is for all those feathers to fly away at the slightest puff of air!

If a loyal customer has a bad experience with your company, they will probably give you another chance. If a new, potential customer has a bad experience, they will leave and never come back.

Not that I'm saying a loyal customer is a brick house...

Hi Steve,
Tom Peters used the phrase Cubicle Slave Anonymous to signify those who, regardless of talent and skill sets, sit in their DIlbert cubicle all their life. I reckon companies with nobrand harmony or confused brand sense fit the CSA bill.
I have written on my blog post about this. ( actually I am still in the launching phase, but couldn't resist letting you have a sneak peek)
Keep blogging!

Thanks, Hersh. I'm starting to see, with clients, that focusing on relationship-building encounters is a good way to get people who say "I'm not a good salesperson" to sell better. For example, lots of lawyers could be much more successful if they were better "rainmakers," but think they aren't good salespeople, in the traditional sense. But, they are very good at having strong, present, encounters with people.

Hi Steve,
My first comment here. Hope to read a lot of you in future.
Interestingly enough, I read Tom's post about sales meeting focussing upon sequential arrangements rather than striving to fprm a present-term relation. ow, I havn't followed your blog from there, I just stumbled upon here and found the same wisdom refined even more.
Nice one!
