Franklin's here! Great to see you/hear from you ... hope you will be present here often.

Yes, mindful should be mindless. I will remember that ... or, more appropriately, let it help me not remember/think about it or anything else for moments at a time. As you teach: Have one perfect breath.

Isn’t the mind full? So don’t you mean mind less?
I guess, we all want to be present, to do our best
So take all the walking and make it one step at a time,
Create the expression and capture the sentiment of the divine
Practice makes practice, and that means being who you are
Life happens to us no matter where we are
But the orientation is too move fast, because we want to seize
All moments and make the good things last, but in the spirit
And construct of what is true, there is no reality other then
What makes up your past conditioned point of view
So I invite you to try on a new set of eyes, one’s that
Can see beyond all shape, towards the dimensions of love
The colors that truly fill the skies, when the body is strong the mind is clear,
When you are in alignment with your soul, the all possibilities are all near.

Shal Ommmmmmm,

A few questions:

*Is divesting completely while on vacation ever a real possibility?
*Is there ever a time where not being mindful is advantageous?
*Is selective conscious mindfulness necessary or are we selective rather unconsciously depending on pressing projects or needs?

Right now it's 3:16AM at home in Chicago, and I'm embarking on a day of fun in Tel Aviv with friends. Another way to enjoy myself while everyone at home is sleeping! (I'll be all refreshed for my business calls to the states later in the day)

Thanks, Steve, for your mindful video. I am sometimes guilty of jumping from one moment to the next, though I tend to be fully engaged from moment to moment. I wonder how much better I could actually become if I did exactly what you suggest here. Hnmm? I'm gonna be more mindful of this. Thanks again for doing the video and thinking enough of us to post it. Enjoy your vacation!
