You may reach fewer people, but for each individual person who pays attention to an in-depth interview, you can have a much bigger impact than when that one person pays attention to a Super Bowl ad.  For 99% of businesses in the world it's not how many people you talk to that counts, but the impact of each individual encounter.</description>
